Legal forms in France: an overview
This session explains the main legal forms available to entrepreneurs in France, including micro-entreprise, EURL, SASU, SAS and SARL. We describe the general characteristics of each form and the types of situations each is commonly associated with, without providing personalised structural advice.
Public support schemes for entrepreneurs
A structured overview of the main publicly funded accompaniment schemes available in France, including ACRE, ARCE, the various programmes operated by France Travail, and the network of regional support structures. We explain what each scheme is, who administers it and what its general purpose is.
